When will my order arrive?

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Delivery will be within 1-3 days of the confirmation text message. 

How much is shipping?

Local delivery is SGD$20.00. Free delivery for Orders over $100. 

What if I haven’t received my order?

Before contacting us, please allow us 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. We made every effort to fulfil (and are passionate about fulfilling!) your orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us at sales@ecosg.co with your full name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
